Claymont Land Pty Ltd was incorporated on 12 January, 1998. It is a wholly-owned West Australian company, and is the trustee for the Esther Family Trust.

In June 2000, Claymont Land Pty Ltd was involved in a joint venture to develop a 312 lot residential land subdivision in Cranbourne, South East of Melbourne. The project was successfully undertaken in 10 stages over a period of 4 years and was fully sold. 

Claymont Land Pty Ltd progressed by acquiring another residential land subdivision project in Melbourne known as Ormond Glades. Since then, a decision was made by the directors to shift its primary focus to Western Australia, acquiring landholdings in Southern River, Hammond Park, Maddington, and East Perth to capitalise on the buoyant property market. 

In 2005, Claymont Land entered into a partnership with the Westcapital Group, forming Claymont Westcapital Pty Ltd to jointly seek further development opportunities. The joint venture company is currently involved in a number of projects including a 190 lot rural residential subdivision in Gingin, and an exciting inner-city apartment development in East Perth.

The Claymont Group of companies are principally involved in residential land subdivision, residential house & land packages, and both suburban & inner-city apartment developments.

At this stage, the development projects in the group's portfolio are anticipated to yield a gross development value of about $300 million.
